Take a tour around...
Mosnang Holsteins was established in 1980 by Heini and Ruth Hehli, who came over from Switzerland wanting to run their own dairy farm.
The original farm, purchased by the Hehli's was a 45 cow tiestall setup, with few outbuildings and little equipment. Over the years, a heifer barn, hayshed and shelter for the hutches were built and in 1997 a 100 cow freestall barn was built. As the herd continues to expand, there are plans to extend the barn to accomodate fresh cows and the show cows.
The farm is now going through the succession process as Markus, the eldest son, and his wife Amanda are becoming more involved with the day to day operation of the farm.
